Unfortunately, due to all orders being custom items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. You will have the opportunity to approve customization before your item ships.
We are not responsible if you select the wrong size hat. Please measure VERY carefully to make sure you are getting the right size. If there is any question at all if you are measuring correctly please contact us for assistance.
